Our apartment, which is brand new and completed in the summer of 2004, is in its first season
of availability. It is a 3rd floor (top) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The master bedroom
has fully fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom complete with shower and whirlpool bath.
The second bedroom has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have patio door
access direct onto to the balcony, which is furnished with table and chairs, and is ideal for
a spot of afternoon sun bathing.

Kitchen |
The apartment is tastefully furnished and all towels and bedding are provided (although we
respectfully request that guests bring their own beach towels). The kitchen contains a
comprehensive set of cooking utensils, washing machine, microwave, fridge / freezer, gas
hob and electric oven.
The lounge and dining room are presented with stereo / CD player, large-screen TV, DVD player
with surround sound system and satellite TV allowing access to a number of British channels.
The dining area opens out onto the second balcony which, once again is presented with patio furniture,
this links to the kitchen and is ideal for al fresco dining. Both balconies benefit from the
afternoon sun
The lounge and bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning which provides both hot and cold
air, making the apartment as suitable for out of season occupancy as it does for summer.
Secure ground floor parking, with automated garage doors, lead to a designated parking bay
for the apartment. There are 2 lifts which service all 3 floors. There is also a secure
video entry phone system fitted to apartment from front door so you only have to grant
access to those people you know are visiting you.

Twin Room |
Our management agent ensures the apartment is always cleaned before and after guests have
visited. The maid service is flexible and if guests are staying for a longer period the
maid can clean the apartment and change the towels and sheets as required. There is a
small extra charge for this service (approximately €10 per hour) and can be arranged locally
with the English speaking agent, who is conveniently located across the road from the apartment.
As the climate is far more agreeable than the UK during the winter there are discounted rates
for those people who are looking for longer visits. Please enquire for details.
Our apartment is a home away from home for us, the type of guest we are hoping to attract
will be one that appreciates the level of comfort and work which has gone into it - we use
it as well! As we are hoping to attract a loyal customer base there is a discount
scheme for regular visitors.
